The 2022 Summer Service motto comes from the gospel of Mark: Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God (Mark. 10:14).
Jesus advised to receive the kingdom of God by faith like the faith of a child so that one could enter into it. Jesus also emphasized the importance and value of children as he took them in his arms and blessed them.
The Summer service motto encourages faith in God and to secure alone to His grace and care. We can trust that the kingdom of God is still attainable among us.
The warm and gentle colors of the Loppi Summer service logo, invite to the services and the kingdom of God.
The joyful human characters gathered by the cross have been drawn by Matti Romppanen (28-year-old), who is yearning for Summer services. While drawing, he recalled the atmosphere on the service grounds.
The circle in the logo, familiar from the history of Summer service logos, is a symbol of heaven, perfection, and eternity in Christian symbolism.
